Refund policy
Returns and Refunds:
We will replace or refund any item where the product is faulty, damaged or not fit for intended purpose. For all refunds or exchanges proof of purchase is required.
Exchanges:
We will exchange items if they are unopened, unused and with proof of purchase. Exchanges need to be made with 30 days of purchase. Postage costs would be paid for by the customer in the case of an exchange (change of mind).
Prior to returning goods:
Please contact us either by phone or email if sending items back (not making the return in person) before making the return.
