Stamp trout with Distress Oxides on light grey card. Stamp bubbles with white ink.
Stamp Fish All Day on a smaller piece of light grey card with Distress Oxide Ripe Persimmon. Emboss with clear embossing powder.
Sponge a strip of grey card with Ripe Persimmon, adhere it to the card panel and embellish with a fish shaped brad.
Mount this panel over background with foam tape.
