Stamp birthday wording onto cream card and emboss in black. Stamp hexagons onto the three shades of turquoise card and trim. Adhere the hexagons to a piece of card with the wording in the middle, and trim into a rectangle. Run some ribbon across the bottom, and mount onto black card.
Mount hexagon panel onto a folded cream card. Embellish ribbon with rhinestones.
